Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Using floured snowflake cookie cutters and a custom Olaf cookie template, cut out cookies. Place on the prepared sheets. Reroll, chill. Make the cookie dough: Mix together sugar, flour, baking powder, hard boil egg yolks and butter in a large mixing bowl. Add 4 whole eggs and vanilla. Makes a stiff dough. Chill and set aside: Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for about a ½ hour. Roll and bake: Use a small amount of flour on a cutting board to roll out dough with a rolling. Bake: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Farenheight. Place nine dough balls on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes for soft cookies or 15 minutes for crunchier cookies. Allow the cookies to cool for about 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
